Theater Rehearsal

TERMiNAL has been proud to play host to the rehearsals of Act The Fool, the latest upcoming production from the exhilarating A Festival of Fools Theater Company.

A Festival of Fools is a non-profit theater troupe based in New York City who have been performing as a company since November 2009...

Producing both original and traditional verse plays, the troupe is primarily inspired by Northern European and Native American mythology and folklore.  Their first production, On Baile’s Strand by WB Yeats (performed November 2009 at the Music Pagoda in Prospect Park, Brooklyn), exemplified their interest in traditional verse drama.  To date, their work has demonstrated this group’s awareness of the importance of language in the engagement of today’s audience.

Since February, the troupe has been holding rehearsals at TERMiNAL in preparation for their latest production, Act The Fool. Like their previous productions, Act The Fool embodies this company’s love of language and consists of  three one-act plays by renowned wordsmiths; ‘Catastrophe’ by Samuel Becket, ‘No Exit’ by Jean-Paul Sartre, and ‘A Game Without a Name’ by the Indomitable Imposter (current writer in residence of A Festival of Fools).

This is one night of one-acts you are not going to want to miss!
